"Instructions to collect the keys were clear and illustrated by photos.Stairs are quite steep (82 steps) but we're both over 60 and had rucksacks so it was fine. Studio had everything we needed. Fabulous locatkion close to transport links, shops, restaurants and the river. Quirky area (the Marais) with lots of independent buisnesses."

"Text for codes were in a light text that was difficult for me to read. |Really odd not having a sink in the toilet. It was sometimes a bit awkward to get to the entrance keypad as the buisness on the ground floor was so busy."

"Location was excellent, very close to lots of different metro lines and in a lovely location. The studio was very well laid out and had everything that you would need for your stay. It was in a lovely street with plenty of cafes and bars close by. A few minutes stroll to the river front and lots of shops. The surroundings were very safe and it was lovely to walk around during the day and the night."

"The only down size was the access to the flat. As it was on the 4th floor, there was only a winding staircase leading to the apartment, which was not great when you had to carry your case up. It is not accessible in my opinion to anybody who is not able to climb stairs easily. Otherwise there was nothing else to say as a negative."

A microwave was advertised but we could not locate one, as we needed it to sterilise baby bottles the host bought a microwave and delivered it to the apartment for us. Great location located next to all amenities and near train. Beds were comfortable including the fold out sofa. Easy check in process."

"Location and apartment were great. We think the fact the stairs are so steep and so many for apartments 4 and 5 that you should warn of this and offer to assist. We are in shape and young but older people would not have been able to bring the luggage up and down"

"The location, the new facilities, the kitchen, cleanliness... It's so convenient. Supermarkets are nearby. An adjacent bakery with great breads. Even the people who own the restaurant on the ground are so friendly and helpful. All are excellent. Except the staircase which I will mention in the next box – What I didn't like."

"The staircases are horrible. I was not aware that it would be so difficult to get up to the room when I did the booking. I came to Paris for the fashion week, with two heavy suitcases of clothing. I could barely manage to get up to the room. So this place was not ideal for me. But for anyone who just comes to Paris as a visitor, without much luggage, this is a wonderful place."
